I am working on a fundraiser for the Richmond Hill Camera Club. We are hoping that local restaurants and other groups will help us out by donating items for a silent auction. Your restaurant has been mentioned by several members and we would love to feature it.

i can send you a formal request or call to talk if you like. Let us know if you would like to be featured at our auction. Our members are quite affluent and very active in the community

    My email is jencamel@rogers.com

Quote on your website:”The innovative Take a Chef Home program created by Master Chef Mario himself , is the only program in all of Toronto that allows diners to have a chef prepare a meal in their homes.”
This is no longer true. Due to the needs of the public there are many Personal Chefs that prepare meals in client’s homes.

    Hi Mario,

I love the new website. I am hoping to talk to you some time this week. I have a woman coming in from Vancouver this week I would like you to meet for a potential business partnership. I will call you to explain this week.

Hope all is well with you and the family.

    Talk soon

    Hi Mario,

I was wondering if you have a catering menu?

    Thanks!

I once had (from Mario’s restaurant on Avenue Rd, Toronto, an incredible onion soup. I don’t think it was the usual French onion soup as it was quite thick -perhaps a potage. Do you have a recipe that might be similar? It was quite thick and covered with, perhaps – I cannot remember, a Mozzarella type cheese. Please, I have been dreaming of this dish for forty years!
